Shipping
Made to order. Every hat is made after you order it. Usually delivered in 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not promises.
Rate. $6.99 for the first hat, plus $2.00 for each additional hat. United States only.
Where we ship. United States addresses only.
Thanksgiving. Order by Friday, Nov 6 for estimated delivery before Thanksgiving.
Multiple hats. Hats can ship separately, so your order may arrive in more than one package.
Order emails. You’ll get an order receipt by email when you order. When your hat ships, you’ll get a shipping notice with tracking.
Address check. Double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, or it wasn’t claimed, you pay to reship it.
Lost package. If your package doesn’t arrive, let us know within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, with your order number.
Changes & cancellations
Orders go into production as soon as they’re placed, so we can’t change or cancel them.
Returns
Made for you, so no change-of-mind returns. Because every hat is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
One size. Every hat is one size fits most with an adjustable back, so there are no size exchanges.
Damaged or misprinted? Send us, within 14 days of delivery:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A photo of the shipping label
We’ll replace it free, or refund it if we can’t replace it. Please contact us before mailing anything back.
Care
Spot clean only. No washer, dryer or bleach. Don’t crush the puff.
